We remain Bullish Short Term

Hello Traders,

Although the markets are off fractionally this morning (Tuesday September 07, 2010) this is to be expected following last week's strong gains.

Financial stocks in North America particularly are giving back some of last week's gains this morning. Yet, KRTT remains firmly bullish short term on the indices.

Attached you will also find find a short-term hourly SP 500 chart update provided over the weekend to our paid subscribers.

Notice that our KRTT Elliott Wave call (on this SP500 hourly chart) is indeed an Elliott FIVE WAVE UP.

In essence, although this is the last leg up in the long bull run since March 2009, - there is still considerable room for upside - at least until later this year.

Moreover, there are a great deal of opportunistic stocks that are counter cycle where longer term opportunity exists.

Also, to celebrate the long awaited opening of our blog (it is still under development) we have included some of our weekend comments to our paid KRTT subscribers.

Enjoy and happy trading this week.

Our next BLOG post will this Friday due to a hectic week schedule.

FROM Subscribers KRTT WEEKEND UP DATE

5. What is our favorite stock or sector?

We have stated many times just recently, that we personally hold more Tembec - (an Eastern Canadian Forestry Producer) than any other stock by weighting.

We also believe forestry is currently counter-cycle, a good thing to have looking out, and better, in the correct improving phase technically and fundamentally for about the next two years.

Tembec currently displays many of Natural Law theories we embrace and teach at KRTT, so thus, we are extremely positive and frankly – if our guess is correct; the cycle will begin to turn up this week.

We have endorsed Tembec as our preferred KRTT trade of the year a couple of weeks ago, and we hope by now that everyone that wanted in – is in.

This is the trade we like a lot with a good risk reward ration, and we hope, one that should pay for your KRTT subscription (assuming you purchase now or recently) – if our KRTT Natural Law teachings hold true.

By the way, we should also mention forestry fundamental research from a large Canadian investment dealer that was sent our way recently – was not in agreement with our Tembec trade of the year idea. The investment dealer research was neutral at best.

Once again, to us this shows KRTT more of the massive flaws of Bay Street Research – but time will tell who was right; KRTT or a Canadian Investment Dealer.

BTW - Anyone using fundamental or economic research from Canadian or USA Investment Dealers should again read the highly educational editorial that KRTT provided complimentary in the free section of our new Facebook site. The site is located at http://www.facebook.com/KRTTcom

Have a great back to school week.

Best regards,
