Chart of the Day: Lowest Mortgage Rates in History

30-year fixed mortgage rates fell to 4.44% this week, according to Freddie Mac, which has to be the lowest rate ever in the history of the world.  Maybe it's time now to refinance, or buy that $25,000 condo?
