Greetings all,
Here is a little sample of what we have recently been discussing at KRTT and provided to our paying clients .....
General - We continue to expect August 2010 to be a 'low liquidity' typical summer doldrums type of month (HINT - expect volatility) we are overall BULLISH and have been since the primary LOW that KRTT forecast in advance in early July 2010 (about July 5,2010).
Elliott Wave Preferred Count (EW) - For you EW types, we say are now in a Wave Five UP. The minor count is a wave two down within the major five wave up.
Technical Side Sample Commentary - Technical analysis indicators on the SP500 generally remain positive.
Yet, we at KRTT, are much more bullish on some KEY Stocks now putting in MAJOR BOTTOMS.
Economic Side Story - We are in the process of long-term de-leveraging. This in sharp contrast to what is being told by the media and economists - is very GOOD.
Fundamentals - Many stocks are very CHEAP (PE) basis) and discounting the worst. This is created by negative mood and sentiment and IS IMPROVING. Example - KRTT's top stock pick is 3.3 times earnings of just the last QUARTER EARNINGS (announced in late July) and this stock with a super-clean balance sheet is a huge takeover target.
NYSE TICK Index (a powerful indicator IF you only knew how to use it)- shows only mild overbought condition being worked off (BULLISH)
CYCLES - AUG KEY DATES Aug 10-13 and AUG 24-25 - EXPECT MAJOR BOTTOMS IN SOME CHARTS - and NEW BULL MARKET BEGINNINGS - OTHER LATE STAGE BULLS (Canadian BANKS not good) PS - We teach KRTT clients why these are hot spot cycle dates, and how they are calculated
HIGHER RISK - THE BEST SHORT WE SEE - will soon be BONDS - Massive MONEY SUPPLY INCREASES are highly inflationary - and we see people in the rush to safety - buying what they think as "low risk bonds" as essentially being set-up" as future Lambs to the slaughter, enough said.
So, we hope you have enjoyed this small sample of the great things to come on our new KRTT blog.
Enjoy the balance of summer (or winter for our Aussie down-under friends)
